Topic: What Statewide and Oakland County Republicans can do to create inroads to the African American voter base while retaining core principals.
Akindele is an prominent Nigerian-American conservative educator, motivational speaker, researcher and political commentator. He is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of One Network, a non-partisan conglomerate of small businesses that build "urban regional networks" to gain conservative economic and political power. He is well known for his hard-line conservative views on education and his "blunt" way of expression.
Akindele is a strong spokesman for conservative pro-life Christian political issues. As a champion of educational options, Akinyemi promotes alternative methods to education. He opposes the welfare state as a dependency trap and promotes stable families and self-reliance as the best antidote to poverty.
