U.S. Senate Candidate Jerry Zandstra

U.S. Senate candidate Jerry Zandstra is a Grand Rapids native and holds two masters degrees and a doctorate and heads a commercial real estate business. Mr. Zandstra has an extensive background and deep knowledge of Michigan economics as well as giving sermons at his local church. In seeking the GOP nomination Mr. Zandstra is on leave as the director of the Acton Institute and from teaching college economics. The Acton Institute is a free- market think tank on economics, public policy and ethics. Polling data shows Zandstra tied with Butler at this early date. It will get very interesting with Oakland County’s Mike Bouchard reentering the race for the GOP nod.
