HARD AT WORK FOR OAKLAND COUNTY

The citizens of the 43rd district, which consists of Waterford, Lake Angelus, and a portion of West Bloomfield have a strong advocate in State Representative Fran Amos. In just her first term in office, Fran has set a high standard of hard work and dedication to those she serves.

As a member of the powerful House Appropriations Committee, she tirelessly works to make sure that our state’s limited resources are spent wisely. Education, job growth, lower taxes, police and fire protection, and balanced budget are all priorities she feels are necessary to make our community a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

The most important and satisfying part of her position, Fran feels, is her ability to help her constituents in their dealings with state government or any other matter with which she can assist. She stays active in the community, as a member of several boards, a volunteer for charity causes, attending local events, and talking with members of the community about their ideas and concerns.

Fran and Ed Amos are lifelong residents of Oakland County and live in Waterford Twp.
