Candidate for U of M Regent; Bush Cheney ’04 SE Michigan Grassroots Coordinator; Member, Task Force On Party Renewal; Michigan Republican State Committee (MRSC) Financial Counsel (Officer); 4th Term on MRSC; Served on MRSC Communications Committee for three prior terms; As Chairman of MRSC Communications Committee oversaw the writing and production of How to Write a Letter to the Editor brochure; Worked on nearly all major GOP efforts since 1990; former 10th District Treasurer; former member of St. Clair County GOP executive board

Personal:
One of six kids; born legally blind; underwent a series of successful eye surgeries (Two series of “experimental” surgeries were performed at U of M’s Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor in 1992); lived in an orphanage while parents were divorced; got out and went to work at age eight, and has worked ever since; parents later re-married
