NORC welcomes former State Senator Mike Kowall to its Board

The former floor majority leader of the Michigan State Senate and congressional candidate, Mike Kowall has joined the board of directors of the North Oakland Republican Club (NORC).  Senator Kowall will serve with State Senator Jim Runestad on the NORC board.
