April 22nd Meeting

Thursday’s meeting will be packed with information on national, state and county government actions. 

  • Tim Shaeffer, of Americans For Prosperity, will present an overview of legislation in Washington D.C.
  • State Senator Jim Runestad will report on his efforts to investigate the actions of Governor Whitmer that may have been responsible for thousands of deaths in Michigan’s nursing homes.
  • County Commissioner, Karen Joliet will summarize the spending the Democrats want in Oakland County to promote their agenda
  • OCRP’s Executive Director, Chase Turner on MIGOP’s initiative to update the information to help GOP candidates win next year. He will also speak on this year’s city races.

    • This meeting will be in person at OverTyme Grill, in Waterford at 7:00 pm.
